Thank God for unanswered Prayers because when they get answered it's all the more sweet.

After many months of stressing over where we were going to move to after our landlord told us we would have to move we had the perfect place show it's self to us. We had known that some friends had a house they wanted to rent out but we didn't think we could afford it. Thankfully, just the right job was offered to Scott and he loves it and it has tons of growth potential but the best part was when we were sitting on the sofa and realized that with this new job we might to be able to afford to rent the house from our friends. We met with them and they even worked with us on the deposit. In Los Angelos the deposit to move into a place these days is basically 3 times the rent. It's insane, but our new landlord had the wonderful idea to have Scott do the painting he was getting estimates for and to use some of that $ for the deposit. So, we don't have to come up with as much money up front as we normally would have to. It is so many answered prayers. We are still close to the girls schools and Scott has a job that he loves and the hours fit his schedule well and we will have 3 bedrooms finally after all these years of 5 people in a 2 bedroom condo. Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude!!! I wake up each morning thanking God for this blessing and knowing, it still won't mean we have any extra money but we will have a good place to call home.
