Tonya Peat Real Estate!!!

I did it! I passed the California State exam. Tuesday, election day of all days. I have been working toward this moment since January when I signed up for the in person real estate class at the Realty Academy in Woodland Hills. I'm so glad I went there, they really give you all the tools you need to pass the test. I did a ton of studying and practice tests and I still was not positive I passed when I walked out the door after 3 hours in the exam room. But I did! Now it's time to find a brokerage to "hang my license" I'm excited for this new adventure and I'm taking you along for the ride.
